how can i measure the relative speed of two things moving at nearly speed of light?

for example, one spaceship is moving east 0.90c relative to the earth. and the another ship is moving west 0.90c relative to the earth?

Use the relativistic velocity transformation between the earth frame and a spaceship's frame  coolsmiley
